At Bloom Bathrooms, we stand behind every product we sell, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please be aware that all returns will be subject to a £25 restocking fee, which also covers the cost of return shipping. We will arrange the collection of the returned item for your convenience.

Important: If the product has been installed, we cannot accept returns due to our commitment to quality and safety standards. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your purchase before installation to ensure it meets your expectations. If you encounter any issues with your product, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

How to Return an Item: If you need to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, simply email us at info@bloombathrooms.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process. We will arrange the collection of the item from your location.

Please note:

  • The £25 restocking fee, which includes the cost of return shipping, will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation and promptly process your refund, minus the restocking fee.

Return Conditions: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in "Like New" condition with all original packaging and accessories. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return or refund.


Damaged Items: If you receive damaged items, please note this upon delivery and send photos to info@bloombathrooms.co.uk on the day of delivery. Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any damages; failure to do so will void the return. For defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, we will cover the cost of return shipping without any additional fees.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after shipment will be subject to our 30-day return policy and the £25 restocking fee, which includes return shipping costs.

  • Some products may have specific return policies noted in their descriptions.
  • Certified pre-owned or used items are ineligible for return.
